This programme was created with the intention that all workouts could be completed absolutely anywhere, requiring only a skipping rope (not necessary) and a rucksack.

30 Days or 30 Workouts - You Decide!
Workouts can be completed as and when you wish, or you can follow the programme to letter. The good news, you are in control!

A Test of Fitness
Workout 1 and workout 31 are fitness tests, so that you can measure your progress. Beyond that, no two workouts are the same!

A Well-rounded Routine
Workouts focus on cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, strength, power, speed, balance, co-ordination and agility to name just a few.

Absolutely No Equipment Necessary
This training programme requires nothing but your body! Workouts can be enhanced with access to a rucksack and skipping rope, or modified if you do have access to any equipment such as dumbbells or kettlebells.

No matter whether you consider yourself an absolute beginner, intermediate or experienced trainer, this home workout guide will be of benefit to all fitness levels.
