PERSONAL COACHING
I offer 1-1, 1-2, small group and team personal training and strength & conditioning.
If you are an athlete looking to improve performance or recover from injury, or someone who just wants to improve their body composition, health and well being or confidence, I provide a coaching service which will ensure that you reach your goals.
Face to face coaching would be suited to you if you are someone who needs more guidance with training and technique.
During the time we work together, I will provide you with the understanding and education that you need in order to take control of your fitness and health and wellbeing goals.
The end goal for each and every client is during our time working together, you gain the knowledge and confidence to pursue these goals on your own and implement the knowledge that you have gained.

Free Consultation
We will discuss your goals and expectations of the service. We will talk about your training and injury history, lifestyle and your motivation for taking the next step in pursuing your fitness goals. I will answer any questions that you have. (This is free! You are under no obligation to sign up!)

1 Hour Training Sessions
Each session you receive will be 1 hour in duration. You will be coached by me and educated on the purpose of each session, as well as training techniques and principles so that you have a full understanding of why we are training the way we are and what we will achieve from the session.

100% Tailored Training Programme
A training programme completely tailored to your needs and lifestyle (designed to suit your training age and experience, training from home or the gym, and your desired training split (2-5 x weekly).

Nutritional Guidance
Tailored calorie and macronutrient targets to get the most out of your training. Meal by meal feedback and room for the foods that you love.

Friendly Gym Environment
Your sessions will take place in a well equipped private personal training studio in St. Helier, Jersey. There are showers and changing facilities on site.

I can help you develop the athletic qualities needed for you to express the relevant skills and techniques required to perform in your sport.
Can I sign up if I have no experience at all?
Absolutely! Previous training experience, although advantageous, is not essential.
