A 12 week training programme focussed on compound lifts and cardio protocols, designed to build strength, increase aerobic capacity and arguably most importantly... burn calories!

The results of this program is based very much around calorie consumption! However, the programme is designed to burn calories to help facilitate a calorie deficit.

 

What do you need?

 

  • Acces to a gym.
  • To be comfortable with compound lifts (Squat, Bench Press, Deadlifts) and using free weights.
  • Commited to training 4 x weekly for roughly 1 hour.
  • Motivation! This program isn't easy.
