What is the Lean Muscle Gain Programme?

 

A 12 week training programme focussed on building lean muscle and work capacity through utilising compound lifts, predominantly free weights and high-volume weight training.

 

What do you need?

 

  • Acces to a gym.
  • To be comfortable with compound lifts (Squat, Bench Press, Deadlifts) and using free weights.
  • Commited to training 4 x weekly for roughly 1 hour.
  • Motivation! This program isn't easy.
