What is the Size & Strength Programme?

 

A programme focused around heavy compound lifts to help you build strength and gain muscle. Heavy lifting is the core of the programme with some high volume accessory lifts.

 

What do you need?

 

  • Acces to a gym.
  • To be comfortable with compound lifts (Squat, Bench Press, Deadlifts) and using free weights.
  • Commited to training 4 x weekly for roughly 1 hour.

What do you get?

 

  • A downloadable training programme in the form of a PDF file so you have access to the program from your laptop, phone or tablet.
  • A 12 week programme with 4 sessions weekly (48 sessions in total).
  • A calorie calculator so that you can ensure that you are consuming the calories necessary to maximise your results (This will be emailed to you within 7 days from the date of purchase).
  • Peace of mind that your training is taken care of! All you need to to is train.
